Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu emphasized the need to ensure absolute security and safety for the 14th National Party Congress.
This morning (January 14), Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu chaired a general review of the organization and service of the 14th National Congress of the Party (14th National Congress).
Early in the morning, leaders and members of the Organizing Committee serving the 14th Congress and delegates offered flowers to commemorate the heroic martyrs on Bac Son Street (Hanoi) and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.

After that, the working group reviewed the plan to move to the National Convention Center; security and safety assurance; health, reception, logistics; welcoming domestic and international delegations and other contents as planned.
At the meeting to learn from the experience after the rehearsal ceremony, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tubi praised the efforts of agencies, units and members of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the 14th Congress for basically completing the work of serving the Congress.
The Standing Committee of the Secretariat noted that some specific contents need to be urgently completed, including contents on decorating the ceremony in the main hall, the entrance hall to ensure safety, spaciousness, and cleanliness.
"When stepping into the Congress, delegates must feel solemn and solemn," the Standing Committee of the Secretariat emphasized.

The Standing Secretariat noted that during the process of the Party and State leaders presenting reports and delegates presenting speeches at the conference, there should be synchronization with illustrative slides.
Regarding the diagram, location of the ballot box and the staff, the Standing Secretariat directed relevant units to closely coordinate with the Central Military Commission to develop the most suitable plan.
"The most important issue is ensuring travel, absolute security and safety. No matter how successful the Congress is, but only a small mistake in security and safety is very complicated. We hope that you will strictly follow the regulations," said the Standing Committee of the Secretariat.
The Standing Secretariat requires agencies and units to continue to closely coordinate in implementing work according to plan, limit meetings, and only report to competent authorities for opinions when absolutely necessary.
The Standing Secretariat assigned the Central Party Office to continue urging, deploying, and updating daily work to report to the General Secretary and the Standing Secretariat when problems arise.
