Ninh Binh transfers urban planning tasks to the Department of Construction
Ninh Binh adjusts and transfers responsibility for planning some key urban areas from Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 to the Department of Construction
Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision adjusting and transferring the responsibility of organizing the preparation, the investor agency preparing tasks and planning from Ninh Binh Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 to the Department of Construction.
According to the decision, it includes the Sub-area Planning of urban areas on both sides of the Day River (section from National Highway 37C overpass to North - South Expressway overpass CT01) and the Sub-area Planning of urban areas in Dong Hoa Lu ward, Nam Hoa Lu ward and Yen Thang ward (including research on the development planning of the TOD high-speed railway station area).
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Ninh Binh Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 to be responsible for handing over all dossiers and documents related to the organization of the above planning to the Department of Construction in accordance with regulations.
The Department of Construction is responsible for receiving dossiers, tasks and urgently organizing the planning tasks and the above plans to ensure the correct order and procedures according to regulations.
