Khanh Hoa - Locality building a "double-core tourism product" model, connecting the two growth poles of North and South.
Khanh Hoa Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that it is coordinating with departments, branches, and localities to implement the Provincial Tourism Development Strategy for the period 2026 - 2030, with orientations to 2045, with many new orientations to improve the competitiveness of destinations.
The focus of the strategy is the "double-core tourism product" model, connecting the two growth poles of North and South to form a diverse and distinctive tourism ecosystem.
Accordingly, the northern region continues to promote the strengths of sea and island tourism, high-class resorts and modern entertainment; while the southern region is oriented to develop ecological, cultural, and agricultural products associated with indigenous resources.
This linkage not only expands the development space but also creates a continuous experience chain, increasing the attractiveness of Khanh Hoa tourism.
To realize the strategy, departments, branches and localities focus on perfecting mechanisms and policies; prioritizing the development of unique tourism products, nightlife entertainment complexes and symbolic works. Along with that is promoting investment attraction, upgrading infrastructure and forming inter-regional tourist routes to strengthen connectivity and spread development momentum.
Promotion and advertising work is implemented in a focused and key direction, towards target markets at home and abroad. Market, promotion and sustainable development factors are identified as a pillar throughout to improve competitiveness and maintain long-term attractiveness for the local tourism industry.
In addition, the province strengthens links with airlines and travel businesses, and promotes digital communication. Monitoring and evaluating the rate of returning visitors is also focused on, as a basis for proposing solutions to improve service quality and tourist experience.
