Nghe An - Former Party and State leaders came to Nghe An to offer incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and visit and give gifts to wounded and sick soldiers.

In the afternoon of May 9, on the occasion of the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), a delegation of former Party and State leaders led by comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh - former member of the Politburo, former Standing Deputy Prime Minister - came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site, Nghe An province.

Also participating in the delegation were former members of the Party Central Committee: Tran Hong Ha - former Deputy Prime Minister; Nguyen Manh Hung - former Minister of Science and Technology; Dao Ngoc Dung - former Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; Doan Hong Phong - former Inspector General of the Government.

Speaking here, Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh emphasized that caring for wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and families of martyrs is the morality of "drinking water, remembering the source", a beautiful traditional feature of the Vietnamese nation and also a major and consistent policy of the Party and State.
