Decree 66 helps students in mountainous areas to go to school firmly
Decree 66 replaces the new Decree 116, opening up many opportunities to help students in mountainous areas to be cared for and study in better conditions.
In order to facilitate students in particularly disadvantaged areas to go to school, the Government has issued Decree No. 66 (applicable from the 2025-2026 school year), replacing Decree 116, with many support policies supplemented and increased to a more comprehensive level.
