According to Circular 29/2024 of the Ministry of Education and Training, extra teaching outside of school is implemented with the condition that individuals and service management organizations must register for business. In response to the above request, many people have registered to do business to organize extra classes. To date, about 700 dossiers of business registration for households to organize extra teaching and learning have been submitted to the Department of Finance - Planning, Vinh City People's Committee.

Focus on reviewing for senior students

On February 2, the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An province said that it has just issued Document No. 417 signed by Thai Van Thanh, requiring educational institutions in the area to strictly implement the Circular 29/2024 of the Ministry of Education and Training on the regulations on tutoring and tutoring. For elementary education, the Department requires that educational institutions have enough teachers to continue implementing the educational plan with a duration of 32 periods/week, divided into 9 sessions/week for all grades. The lack of teachers who need to advise the district -level People's Committee to support the budget to maintain the educational plan as above.

If there is not enough funding, it is necessary to adjust the flexible teaching plan, ensuring the content and duration of compulsory subjects according to the 2018 General Education Program, in accordance with students' characteristics and local conditions.
