Ho Chi Minh City - Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Tran Luu Quang and the Ho Chi Minh City leadership delegation offered flowers at the Statue of President Ho Chi Minh.

On the morning of May 19, the delegation of the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City led by Politburo Member, Secretary of the City Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Tran Luu Quang performed a flower offering ceremony to President Ho Chi Minh at the President Ho Chi Minh Statue Park on Nguyen Hue pedestrian street (Saigon ward).

The event takes place to commemorate the 136th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026) and the 115th anniversary of Uncle Ho's departure to find a way to save the country (June 5, 1911 - May 6, 2026).
