On January 7, Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Quoc Khanh, Head of the Steering Committee for the implementation of compensation and site clearance (GPMB) for key projects in the province, chaired a conference to assess the progress of GPMB for 10 key projects in December 2025 and deploy tasks in the coming time.

According to the report, in December 2025, the site clearance work will be focused on and directed resolutely. The Steering Committee has issued many documents requesting to speed up the processing and final settlement of backlogged and prolonged projects; at the same time, directing the promotion of site clearance for two expressway projects.
