Vice Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee receives new duties
Lang Son - The Provincial People's Committee has just established a Citizen Reception Working Group to serve important events of the country and the province, headed by the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Chairman of Lang Son Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Canh Toan has just signed a decision to establish a Citizen Reception Working Group to serve important events of the country and the province, to strengthen the work of receiving people, promptly grasp and handle complaints, denunciations and recommendations from people.
According to the Decision of the People's Committee of Lang Son province, the Working Group is headed by Dinh Huu Hoc, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Deputy Heads include Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Head of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee (Standing Deputy Head of the Group) and Chief Inspector of the province.
The working group was composed of representatives of leaders of departments and branches under the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial Police; Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards.
At the same time, it invited representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee to participate in the coordination.
According to the decision, the Working Group is responsible for advising the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to grasp the situation, direct, guide, inspect, urge departments, branches and commune-level People's Committees to strictly implement citizen reception work; promptly resolve complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections according to their authority.
In particular, the Working Group will advise on organizing citizen receptions for crowded, complicated and prolonged cases; at the same time, proactively coordinate with central agencies to handle and mobilize Lang Son citizens to complain and denounce large crowds at the central level to return to their localities, not to let complicated security and order situations arise, especially during important events.
