Lang Son Provincial Party Secretary receives new duties

On January 7, according to information from the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, the unit has just issued Decision No. 186-QD/TU on the establishment of the Lang Son Provincial Agricultural Development Steering Committee.

According to the decision, the Head of the Steering Committee is the Secretary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee. The Deputy Head of the Standing Committee is Comrade Luong Trong Quynh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee. The Deputy Head of the Steering Committee is Comrade Tran Thanh Nhan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Members of the Steering Committee include: Head of the Provincial People's Council's Ethnic Committee; Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Science and Technology, Ethnicity and Religion; Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association; Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union; Party Committee Secretaries, Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards in the province.

Regarding tasks, the Steering Committee is responsible for advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to lead and direct the implementation of the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 related to the field of agricultural development; organize the implementation of resolutions, projects, projects, and thematic conclusions of the Central and the province on Lang Son agricultural development until 2030.

The Steering Committee also directs, guides, urges, and inspects communes, wards, agencies, and units in developing and implementing plans, programs, projects, projects, and policies for agricultural development.

Organize inspection, examination, and supervision of the implementation of tasks; monitor, synthesize, summarize, and summarize the implementation of resolutions and projects, report to the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.

The Steering Committee performs other tasks as assigned and directed by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

Regarding implementation, the Steering Committee works under a part-time regime; the Department of Agriculture and Environment is the standing agency. The Head of the Committee, Deputy Heads of the Committee and Heads of the standing agencies use the seal of the agencies they are working for to perform assigned tasks.
