Inspecting and supervising many contents with the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission

According to the Ministry of National Defense's Electronic Information Portal, the inspection and supervision delegation of the Politburo and the Secretariat led by Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu as Head of the delegation (Inspection and Supervision Delegation No. 12) has just organized a Conference to announce the decision to inspect and supervise the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2026 for the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission.

At the conference, delegates listened to representatives of Inspection and Supervision Delegation No. 12 announce the decision to establish the Delegation; the delegation's inspection and supervision plan for the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission.

The delegation has the task of supervising the leadership, direction, organization of research, study, thorough grasp, propaganda and implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress; the leadership, direction, organization of implementation of Directive No. 01-CT/TW, dated January 23, 2026 of the Politburo on research, study, thorough grasp, propaganda and implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress; Directive No. 46-CT/TW, dated May 16, 2025 of the Politburo on leading the election of National Assembly deputies (NA deputies) of the 16th term and the election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.

Along with that, inspect the organization and operation of agencies and units in localities after operating the local government at 2 levels; tasks and solutions to ensure the implementation of the goal of average gross domestic product growth in the period 2026 - 2030 from 10% or more according to the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress; the leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation and related documents.

According to the plan, Inspection and Supervision Team No. 12 will carry out inspection and supervision contents from March 1 - March 20, 2026.

Speaking to direct and orient the content and methods of conducting inspection and supervision, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu clearly stated that, implementing the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, the Politburo decided to establish 22 inspection and supervision teams for 40 Party organizations directly under the Central Government, headed by 22 Politburo and Secretariat members.

The inspection and supervision teams of the Politburo perform the task of inspection and supervision not only in 2026 but throughout the term of the 14th Party Congress for units and localities in the assigned fields and tasks.

Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu emphasized that the requirement is to inspect and supervise the leadership and direction of thoroughly grasping and implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Congress and the directives of the Politburo according to the proposed content, discover innovative and creative ways of doing things in the process of organizing implementation for replication; and at the same time reflect difficulties, obstacles, recommendations, and proposals to the Central Government, to have appropriate solutions to successfully implement the Party's resolution, first of all to successfully organize the election of NA deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.
