Commencement of housing project for the armed forces of the People's Police in Nghe An

Attending the ceremony were Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Major General Ha Van Tuyen, Director of the Department of Construction Management and Barracks. On the side of Nghe An province, there were Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Nhu Khoi; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien; Major General Dinh Viet Dung, Director of Nghe An Provincial Police also attended.

The project is invested by Truong An Housing Co., Ltd., deployed on an area of 1.53 hectares. The project includes 2 14-story social housing buildings, 1 basement and a 5-story commercial housing area, providing 413 apartments (392 social housing units, 21 low-rise commercial units). Total investment is nearly 659 billion VND, expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028, handed over in the first quarter of 2029.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Dang Hong Duc emphasized that the project aims to ensure that cadres and soldiers are qualified to have housing and feel secure in their work. The Deputy Minister requested the investor and construction unit to implement "4 most": best quality, fastest, most beautiful and safest.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Phu Hien acknowledged the sense of responsibility of departments, branches, local authorities and people in the project area. The comrade requested units to closely coordinate, organize scientific construction, ensure security and order, safety, and environment, so that the project is completed spaciously, modernly, and on schedule.

At the event, delegates performed the button-pressing ceremony to start the project.
