Starting construction of Hung Vuong - Son Duong General Hospital project in Tuyen Quang
Tuyen Quang - On January 5, in Tan Phuc village, Son Duong commune, Hung Vuong Health System held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Hung Vuong - Son Duong General Hospital.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Mr. Phan Huy Ngoc - Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches; representatives of investors and construction units.
The Hung Vuong - Son Duong General Hospital project was started on the 5-year development foundation of Hung Vuong - Son Duong General Clinic.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc, requested the locality and departments to create all favorable conditions for the project to be implemented smoothly. Investors and contractors uphold the sense of responsibility, maximize capacity and experience. Concentrate on human resources, machinery, and equipment to implement on schedule. Ensuring labor safety and environmental sanitation.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 1 collective and 2 individuals with outstanding achievements in social security work in the province.
Hung Vuong - Son Duong General Hospital is planned on an area of over 2.6 hectares, with a scale of 125 inpatient beds, including the following specialties: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Emergency, Surgical Resuscitation, Interdisciplinary, Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation... The total investment of the project is about 250 billion VND.
Hung Vuong General Hospital - Son Duong is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2027. After coming into operation, the hospital is expected to meet the needs of medical examination and treatment for local people and neighboring areas, reducing the burden on upper-level medical facilities.
