The State Treasury operates connection to electronic contracts, shortening payment procedures

From today, May 5, 2025, the State Treasury officially integrates electronic contracts with the national bidding system, helping to save time and costs.

The State Treasury (State Treasury) has just put into operation the electronic contract data connection feature and framework agreement from the national bidding network (E‑GP) to the online public service system from today, 5.5.2025. This means that when implementing the online bidding package, the budget use units do not need to send hard papers: The State Treasury will automatically look up the contract and agree to the framework through the number of electronic contracts connected from E‑GP.

Over the past week, the KBNN's Online Public Service system has been upgraded (29.44.5.2025) to complete the data integration from e‐GP. When operating on the national bidding platform, the unit only needs to create a payment file immediately at e‐GP, instead of having to log in to the KBNN system as before.

This solution shortens the procedures, minimizes time and costs for organizations, and ensures consistency in state capital payment management. The digital transformation of the State budget also contributes to modernizing budget management and improving the quality of service for people and businesses.
