Khanh Hoa speeds up site clearance for 3 industrial parks worth over VND11,500 billion
Khanh Hoa is speeding up site clearance to implement 3 industrial park (IP) projects Ninh Xuan 1, Ninh Xuan 2 and Ninh Diem 1.
On January 5, Mr. Tran Phong - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting on the site clearance plan to implement 3 industrial park (IP) projects Ninh Xuan 1, Ninh Xuan 2 and Ninh Diem 1.
According to the report, 3 IP projects have a total investment of nearly 11,500 billion VND, deployed on an area of over 1,200 hectares. The projects are expected to create an important driving force for the industrial and socio-economic development of Khanh Hoa province.
In particular, the Ninh Xuan 1 Industrial Park Project is invested by the Industrial Investment and Development Corporation - JSC (Becamex IDC), with a total capital of more than VND 4,600 billion, a scale of nearly 500 hectares, located in Tan Dinh and Tay Ninh Hoa communes.
The Ninh Xuan 2 Industrial Park project is invested by the Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture (VSIP), with a total capital of more than VND4,000 billion, with a scale of about 490 hectares, also located in Tan Dinh and Tay Ninh Hoa communes.
The Ninh Diem 1 Industrial Park project is invested by Ninh Khanh Land Development Joint Stock Company, with a total capital of more than VND 2,800 billion, on a scale of more than 240 hectares, deployed in Dong Ninh Hoa ward and Bac Ninh Hoa commune.
Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Tran Phong highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of localities in project preparation and land management in the area.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that in the coming time, localities continue to promote propaganda so that people clearly understand the meaning and impact of IP projects on socio-economic development; strictly manage land within the project scope.
Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Tran Phong also requested relevant departments and branches to closely coordinate and provide maximum support to localities in site clearance work.
