Hanoi informs about the construction progress of the new Ngoc Hoi - Phu Xuyen route

Voters of Chuyen My commune suggested that the Hanoi People's Committee pay attention to speeding up the construction progress of the Ngoc Hoi - Phu Xuyen route and the Quan Son - Do Xa route, in order to promote trade between communes, facilitate the consumption of craft village products and develop the socio-economy.

The Hanoi People's Committee responded to voters as follows: For the Ngoc Hoi - Phu Xuyen road section passing through Chuyen My commune, Hanoi City has been assigned by the Hanoi People's Committee to the Chuyen My Commune People's Committee to make a policy proposal in Decision No. 5061 dated October 9, 2025.

For the Quan Son - Do Xa road, on November 14, 2022, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 4464 assigning the Phu Xuyen District People's Committee (previously) to prepare a dossier to propose investment in the above road.

On June 27, 2025, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 3339 on transferring investors and units assigned to prepare for investment in public projects and other tasks when implementing the 2-level local government model. Accordingly, the task of preparing investment proposal documents for the above route belongs to the People's Committee of Phuong Duc commune.

The People's Committees of Chuyen My and Phuong Duc communes need to urgently carry out necessary work in the process of investment preparation and project implementation according to the contents of the decisions assigned by the Hanoi People's Committee, speed up the project implementation progress to promote trade between communes, create conditions for consumption of craft village products and socio-economic development in the above area.

The Hanoi People's Committee has assigned the Department of Construction to coordinate with the People's Committees of Chuyen My and Phuong Duc communes to speed up the investment project progress and soon complete and put the project into use.
