Hanoi designs a separate urban area on Thai Ha street
Hanoi - Urban design on Thai Ha street is about 11.98ha wide, the route length is about 1.27 km.
Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has signed a decision approving the Thai Ha Street Special Urban Design Project, at a scale of 1/500.
The scope of the study to establish a separate urban design for Thai Ha street, scale 1/500, belongs to the administrative boundaries of Trung Liet ward, Lang Ha ward, Dong Da district (now O Cho Dua ward, Dong Da ward after the arrangement of administrative units), Hanoi city.
The starting point is the intersection with Lang Ha Street (Northwest); the end point is the intersection with Tay Son Street (Southeast).
The study area includes the traffic route of Thai Ha Street and at least 50m on each side from outside the red line of the street. The boundary for urban design includes the traffic route of Thai Ha Street and the entire boundary of the land plot adjacent to the red line.
The area for the Urban Design project is about 26.46 hectares. The area of the urban design project is about 11.98 hectares (about 119,862m2). The length of the route is about 1.27 km.
The project aims to concretize the orientation of the 1/2000 scale H1-3 Urban Zoning Plan approved by the City People's Committee; in accordance with approved plans and investment projects that have been and are being implemented in the area.
At the same time, propose solutions to organize a harmonious landscape architectural space between the newly built area and the renovated and renovated area, urban reconstruction, without disrupting the architectural space structure of Thai Ha street. Harmoniously connecting the surrounding landscape architectural space, especially in areas adjacent to intersections.
Along with that, study the synchronous connection of the underground and above-ground technical infrastructure system of the project with the general technical infrastructure system of the area; connect construction investment projects that have been and are being implemented, on the basis of compliance with approved urban planning.
Propose regulations on management and guidance on renovation and embellishment of works and highlight areas on the route as a basis for local authorities to manage architectural planning and manage construction investment according to regulations.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Architecture to organize inspection, confirmation of documents, drawings and Regulations on Management of the Thai Ha Street Special Urban Design Project, scale 1/500 in O Cho Dua ward, Dong Da ward in accordance with the decision; archive documents according to regulations.
Assign Dong Da Ward People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Architecture and O Cho Dua Ward People's Committee to complete management regulations and organize the public announcement of the approved Urban Design project so that relevant organizations, agencies and people can know; review the contents of the superior planning and urban design to update, ensure synchronization and compliance with current regulations.
The Chairman of the People's Committees of Dong Da and O Cho Dua wards is responsible for organizing the implementation of inspection, management, construction supervision according to the Urban Design, handling cases of construction that violate the urban design according to authority and regulations of law.
Relevant departments, branches and sectors are responsible for supervising and coordinating with the People's Committee of Dong Da Ward and the People's Committee of O Cho Dua Ward to implement in accordance with current regulations of the State and the city on planning management and construction investment.
