Hanoi temporarily suspends the settlement of some administrative procedures

On April 14, the Hanoi People's Committee issued an official dispatch on temporarily suspending the settlement of administrative procedures on associations assigned by the Party and the State to operate within the city and associations operating within districts and communes.

Accordingly, the City People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to temporarily suspend the settlement of administrative procedures arising after March 1, 2025 for associations assigned by the Party and State to operate within the city and associations operating within districts and communes.

The suspension of handling administrative procedures for the association will be carried out until there are new instructions and instructions from the competent authority. Other contents related to the organization and operation of the association are still being implemented normally according to regulations.

In case urgent and necessary issues arise, they must be resolved immediately, and agencies and units are requested to promptly report to the City People's Committee through the Department of Home Affairs for synthesis and consultation with competent authorities.
