Hanoi is about to finalize the compensation level for the Olympic Sports Urban Area project

It is expected that on January 27, the 16th Hanoi People's Council will hold a thematic session (31st session).

At this session, the City People's Council plans to consider and approve the following contents:

Commentary on the Report proposing to amend the Capital Law.

Consider the Report proposing the development of the Capital Master Plan with a vision of 100 years.

The Resolution decides on the criteria, compensation, support and resettlement levels when the State reclaims land to implement the Investment Project to build the Olympic Sports Urban Area and the Investment Project of the Red River Landscape Avenue Axis in Hanoi City.

Resolution on adjusting the Hanoi Housing Development Program for the period 2021-2030.

Resolution approving the Project for the development of Hanoi's smart city to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the total source of the 2026 Public Investment Plan to the city budget.

Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 45/2024/NQ-HDND dated December 10, 2024 of the City People's Council on regulating specific prices for medical examination and treatment services at state medical examination and treatment facilities under Hanoi City.
