At the ceremony, authorized by the Director of Hanoi City Police, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen - Deputy Director of the City presented the Decision to transfer Lieutenant Colonel Bui Van Tu to hold the position of Chief of Binh Minh Commune Police from January 21, 2026.
Also on the same morning, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen presented the Decision of CATP Director to transfer Lieutenant Colonel Giang Thanh Tuyen, Chief of Thanh Oai Commune Police, to take up the job and hold the position of Chief of Yen Nghia Ward Police.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Minh Khang, Chief of Yen Nghia Ward Police, was transferred to work and hold the position of Chief of Thanh Oai Commune Police.
On the same afternoon, Yen Nghia Ward Police continued to hold a ceremony to announce the Decision of CATP Director to transfer Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Minh Thu, Deputy Head of Cau Giay Ward Police, to take up the job and hold the position of Deputy Head of Yen Nghia Ward Police.
At the headquarters of Hoan Kiem Ward Police on the afternoon of January 21, Hanoi City Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision on the transfer and arrangement of the position of Chief of Hoan Kiem Ward Police.
At the ceremony, the representative of the Command of the CATP Cadre Organization Department announced Decision No. 357 dated January 21, 2026 of the Hanoi City Police Director on the arrangement of cadres; accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Hoi, Deputy Head of the Criminal Police Department, Hanoi City Police, was transferred to work and hold the position of Head of Hoan Kiem Ward Police.
Speaking at the assignment, Major General Duong Duc Hai - Deputy Director of CATP acknowledged the working process, capacity and experience of comrade Nguyen Quang Hoi who was transferred; at the same time, emphasized that Hoan Kiem ward is a central area, with a particularly important position in terms of politics, administration, economy and culture of the capital, regularly holding many major events, posing high requirements in ensuring security and order.
The Deputy Director of CATP requested the Head of Hoan Kiem Ward Police to quickly approach the area, promote the role of the leader, and together with the Party Committee and the Ward Police Command to proactively advise and effectively organize the implementation of all aspects of work, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
