Hanoi Police announce decision on personnel work
Hanoi - Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Hoi - Deputy Head of the Criminal Police Department - was transferred to work and hold the position of Chief of Hoan Kiem Ward Police.
On January 22, at the headquarters of Hoan Kiem Ward Police, Hanoi City Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision on the transfer and arrangement of the position of Chief of Hoan Kiem Ward Police.
At the ceremony, the representative of the Command of the CATP Personnel Organization Department announced Decision No. 357 dated January 21 of the Hanoi City Police Director on the arrangement of cadres. Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Hoi - Deputy Head of the Criminal Police Department, Hanoi City Police Department - was transferred to work and hold the position of Chief of Hoan Kiem Ward Police.
Presenting the decision and presenting flowers to congratulate Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Hoi, giving a speech assigning the task, Major General Duong Duc Hai - Deputy Director of CATP - acknowledged the working process, capacity and experience of comrade Nguyen Quang Hoi in his transfer; at the same time, emphasizing that Hoan Kiem ward is a central area, with a particularly important position in terms of politics, administration, economy and culture of the capital, regularly holding many major events, posing high requirements in ensuring security and order.
The Deputy Director of CATP requested the Head of Hoan Kiem Ward Police to quickly approach the area, promote the role of the leader, and together with the Party Committee and the Ward Police Command to proactively advise and effectively organize the implementation of all aspects of work, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Hoi, Head of Hoan Kiem Ward Police, respectfully thanked the attention and trust of the Party Committee, Board of Directors of CATP and the Party Committee and government of Hoan Kiem Ward; at the same time, affirmed that in his new position, he will uphold the sense of responsibility, promote the role of leader, and work with the Command Committee, officers and soldiers of Hoan Kiem Ward Police to unite, be proactive, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
