Circular 29 of the Ministry of Education and Training, effective from February 14, regulates extra teaching and learning to bring this activity to the actual needs of students and parents. If they violate the law, they will be disciplined according to Decree 112, with a fine ranging from a reprimand to forced resignation, or an administrative fine of VND 5-50 million depending on the level.
