The area from Da Nang to Khanh Hoa will have moderate rain, locally heavy rain to very heavy rain and thunderstorms.

The North Central region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms on the night of February 25-26; then there will be rain in some places, fog and light fog in the early morning, sunny in the afternoon. On February 25, it will be cold, with some places in the north experiencing severe cold. From February 26 to March 5, the night will be cold.

The Central Central and South Central regions will have moderate rain on the night of February 25, with some places having heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms. On February 26, the two areas above will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. From February 27, there will be showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and at night, sunny during the day.
