On the afternoon of January 23, the 14th National Congress of the Party held its closing session.
At the Congress, Comrade Tran Thanh Man - Chairman of the 15th National Assembly - informed the results of the introduction of personnel assignments to hold the position of Standing member of the 14th Secretariat.
Accordingly, at the first conference held on the morning of January 23, the 14th Party Central Committee absolutely agreed that 200/200 official and absent Party Central Committee members (at 100%) introduced comrade Tran Cam Tu - Politburo member, Standing member of the 13th Secretariat, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Committee to re-elect the 14th Secretariat.
Based on the introduction results of the Party Central Committee, the 14th Politburo assigned comrade Tran Cam Tu - Politburo member to re- holding the position of Standing member of the 14th Secretariat.
Previously, January 22, 2026: The 14th National Congress of the Party elected him to the 14th Central Executive Committee.
January 23, 2026: The 14th Party Central Committee Conference elected him for the first time to join the Politburo of the 14th Party Central Committee.
