Speeding up the progress of industrial cluster projects in Thai Nguyen
At the construction site of the Tan Duong Industrial Cluster (Dinh Hoa) project, the investor is urgently completing the infrastructure and other auxiliary items.
According to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper at the end of February 2025, after more than 2 years of implementation, the shape of Tan Duong Industrial Cluster (Dinh Hoa, Thai Nguyen) has gradually emerged, the site and some basic infrastructure have been completed.
At the project site, in the drizzle weather, workers and machines are still working hard, forcing piles, implementing foundations for garment infrastructure and constructing factory structures...
In the outside area, items such as access roads, lighting systems, sidewalks, etc. have been completed by the construction unit.
A worker at the project said that the implementation process was quite smooth. Despite prolonged drizzle and cold weather, the construction is more difficult, but the progress and workload are still guaranteed.
To implement the construction of Tan Duong Industrial Park, more than 200 households have had their land reclaimed, mainly rice fields and production forest land. Mr. Ma Quang Khanh, a local resident, shared that when this project was implemented, it received the consensus and support of local people.
According to Tan Duong commune residents, many workers are currently working far away. When the Tan Duong Industrial Park project was implemented here, the people were very excited and happy. When completed, it promises to create many jobs, helping people earn income right at home.
The Tan Duong Industrial Cluster Project has a total investment of more than 450 billion VND, invested by Thagaco International Investment Joint Stock Company, and was started in November 2022.
The project is implemented on an area of 13 hectares in Tan Duong commune (Dinh Hoa, Thai Nguyen), with a prime traffic location, next to Provincial Road 254, Ho Chi Minh Road and around the densely populated area.
Talking to reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Truong Cong Chuong - Director of Tan Duong Industrial Park said that the project is currently in the stage of completing the infrastructure and constructing the structure of the factory part, and it is expected that by June 2025, 1 workshop will be put into operation.
"According to current progress, the project will be 100% completed and put into operation in the first quarter of 2026, expected to create and solve thousands of jobs in the locality.
During the implementation process, the unit also encountered some difficulties such as floods in September 2024 and early this year, cold weather and prolonged rain caused the implementation work to be interrupted," the project leader added.
This is one of the largest key projects in Dinh Hoa district. When completed, it will help increase employment opportunities, thereby boosting the local economy.
