Dak Nong finalizes the time to submit the project to reorganize administrative units
Dak Nong is seeking opinions on the arrangement of provincial and commune-level administrative units (ADUs). The locality has also set a time to submit documents and projects to the central government.
From April 19 to 20, Dak Nong organized a public consultation on the arrangement of administrative units at the provincial and commune levels.
The Department of Home Affairs will preside over the consultation of agencies and units in the province.The People's Committee at the commune level will be responsible for collecting opinions from voters.
After that, the People's Committees at all levels will submit to the People's Councils at the same level for consideration and issuance of a resolution.
The People's Council at the commune level will approve this policy before April 22, the People's Council at the district level before April 23.
The Department of Home Affairs will submit to the Provincial People's Committee a report to the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee for consideration of opinions on the policy of arranging provincial-level administrative units and the draft Project on arranging commune-level administrative units before April 25.
Before April 29, the Department of Home Affairs will coordinate with relevant agencies to complete the dossier and Project on arranging provincial-level administrative units to send to the People's Committee of Lam Dong province.
On April 30, the Dak Nong People's Committee will submit to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Government documents and projects to reorganize commune-level administrative units.
