The Government Inspectorate announced the Inspection Decision at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry.

On January 7, in Hanoi, the Government Inspectorate organized the announcement of the decision to inspect compliance with the law in budget management, use, career activities, services; investment, asset procurement, and public asset management at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony of the Inspection Decision, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan requested Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry to strictly comply with the Inspection Decision, closely coordinate with the Inspection Team, and provide complete, timely, and accurate records and documents as required.

Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Tien Dat said that through the inspection, the responsibility in the direction and management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade for the School will be clarified; the achieved results will be evaluated, the shortcomings and limitations will be pointed out, and the responsibilities of relevant collectives and individuals (if any) will be clearly identified.

The Deputy Inspector General of the Government directed the Inspection Team to conduct the inspection in accordance with the scope, content, subjects, and period according to the inspection decision and approved plan. The inspection process must ensure that it does not affect the normal operations of the inspected agency or unit; implement on schedule and with quality according to the provisions of the Law on Inspection and the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the Government Inspectorate Party Committee.

At the same time, strictly implement the information, reporting, speech discipline, and confidentiality of records and documents. The head of the inspection team is fully responsible to the leaders of the Government Inspectorate for the progress, quality and results of the inspection; promptly report difficulties, problems, and complicated issues beyond his authority.
