Da Nang Inspectorate recommends reviewing 240 collectives and individuals who committed violations in 2025
Da Nang - A series of violations were discovered, Da Nang Inspectorate recommended reviewing 81 groups and 159 individuals in 2025.
On December 30, the Da Nang City Inspectorate said that in 2025, the entire industry has conducted 151 administrative inspections and issued 135 conclusions at 299 agencies and units.
Through the inspection, the authorities discovered many economic violations with a total amount of more than 51 billion VND and 717m2 of land. On that basis, the Da Nang City Inspectorate has proposed to recover and pay to the state budget more than 9.4 billion VND; at the same time, recommended to rectify, reduce settlement deductions and handle other cases with the amount of more than 41 billion VND and the violating land area.

Notably, from the discovered violations, the Da Nang City Inspectorate has recommended reviewing the responsibilities of 81 collectives and 159 individuals, clarifying their responsibilities in state management, use of public assets, land, minerals and basic construction investment.
In addition, through inspection activities, the Da Nang City Inspectorate has transferred all documents to the police agency for further verification and handling according to regulations.
The Da Nang City Inspectorate said that in 2026, the unit will conduct 65 inspections, focusing on sensitive areas, prone to violations such as construction investment, land, minerals, real estate business and the implementation of national target programs.
