Inspection, testing of fake drugs, management of drug prices during Tet

This is the content required in Directive No. 36/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on organizing the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo in 2026 to be joyful, healthy, safe and economical.

The Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Health to direct units and localities to develop plans and reserves of drugs, equipment, supplies, chemicals, and medical biological products to ensure the requirements of disease prevention and control and disease examination and treatment, preventing shortages and shortages of drugs.

Strengthen inspection and examination work, promptly detect and strictly handle cases of fake drugs, poor quality drugs, drugs that are not licensed for circulation and cases of violations of regulations on drug price management.

Strengthen propaganda and dissemination of legal regulations and knowledge about food safety to raise public awareness. Strengthen risk monitoring to prevent and combat food poisoning.

Strengthen inspection and examination of compliance with food safety laws before, during and after Tet.

The Ministry of Public Security proactively grasps the situation related to national security, interests, social order and safety, does not be passive or surprised in any situation; has preventive measures, detects, and effectively fights against plots and sabotage activities of hostile forces and external reactionaries; ensures information security and national network safety.

Timely resolve complicated complaints, do not create "hot spots" of security and order; strengthen measures to prevent and combat illegal entry and exit.

Organize the attack and suppression of crimes before, during and after the Lunar New Year, focus on fighting and destroying criminal networks and gangs, especially crimes of theft, fraud and appropriation of property, crimes related to "black credit", crimes of smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods production, crimes in the fields of finance, banking, high-tech crimes, drug crimes.

Proactively fight and prevent the illegal use of firecrackers during Tet.

Strengthen the work of ensuring traffic order and safety, have plans to minimize traffic congestion before, during and after the Lunar New Year; strictly handle violations of the law on traffic order and safety, especially related to the use of alcohol, beer, and banned substances when driving vehicles.

Strengthen guidance, review, inspection, rectification, and handling of violations of fire prevention and fighting safety; proactively prepare for rescue work nationwide.

Ensure security and safety of detention, detention, education and reform facilities; pay attention to implementing regimes and policies for prisoners, students and camp workers during Tet.

The Government Inspectorate shall preside over and coordinate with ministries, branches and localities to organize well the reception of citizens, promptly and legally resolve complaints and denunciations under its authority; focus on resolving large, complicated and prolonged complaints and denunciations.

Strengthen propaganda and mobilize appropriate measures to prevent citizens from complaining and denouncing to stay in Hanoi during the Lunar New Year.
