Locations where Binh Thuan Police issue ID cards and vehicle registration

After streamlining the apparatus, from March 3, Binh Thuan Provincial Police will organize the collection of ID cards and electronic identification accounts at 11 locations across the province as follows:

One-stop-shop of the Provincial Police Department - address No. 139 Mau Than Street, Phan Thiet City;

Binh Hung Ward Police - Phan Thiet City, Tan An Ward Police - La Gi Town, Lien Huong Town Police - Tuy Phong District Police, Cho Lau Town Police - Bac Binh District Police, Ma Lam Town Police - Ham Thuan Bac District Police, Thuan Nam Town Police - Ham Thuan Nam District Police, Tan Nghia Town Police - Ham Tan District Police, Lac Tanh Town Police - Tanh Linh District Police, Nam Chinh Commune Police - Duc Linh District Police, Ngu Phung Commune Police - Phu Quy Island District Police.

For vehicle registration procedures, in Phan Thiet city alone, car registration will be carried out at the One-Stop Department of the Provincial Police, motorbike registration will be carried out at Binh Hung Ward Police.

Previously, the car registration procedure was carried out at the district-level police station (La Gi town and the remaining 8 districts). In addition, people in some communes have to go to the district-level police to register their motorbikes. Now, there are no more district-level police, so these procedures are carried out at commune-level police.

The list of commune-level police receiving the above procedures is similar to that of commune-level police issuing ID cards as stated above.

In addition, the police of communes that have been previously decentralized in motorbike registration procedures continue to register motorbikes normally.

Regarding the procedure for issuing and exchanging driving licenses, in the immediate future, the Provincial Police will organize online and direct reception at the One-stop Department of the Provincial Police. To facilitate people, in the coming time, the Provincial Police will deploy more at 9 locations in localities when conditions are met.

For documents to resolve administrative procedures related to fire prevention and fighting, agencies and enterprises at the district level will submit documents on the National Public Service Portal for the Provincial Police to receive and resolve.
