The Ministry of Construction assigns tasks to the one-stop department

Minister Tran Hong Minh has signed and issued Decision No. 411/QD-BXD on the assignment of tasks for handling administrative procedures received and returned at the one-stop department of the Ministry of Construction's Office.

Accordingly, agencies and units handling administrative procedures are responsible for receiving, appraising documents and directly signing or submitting to the leaders of the Ministry to sign the results of handling administrative procedures.

This Decision takes effect from April 11, 2025 and replaces Decision No. 1816/QD-BGTVT dated December 30, 2022 of the Minister of Transport assigning the task of handling administrative procedures at the Ministry of Transport's agency.
