The Capital Command talks about the proposed planning for command and management staff

On the afternoon of April 16, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA) - worked with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command.

At the meeting, Lieutenant General Tran Ngoc Tuan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command - said that in the past time, the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command has done a good job of advising Hanoi City to issue documents to lead and direct military and defense tasks in 2025.

Closely lead and direct the work of building forces; organize workshops for chairing and key cadres at all levels in research, consulting, and proposing the organization of local military agencies in accordance with the policy of continuing to streamline the apparatus of the political system to operate effectively and efficiently.

From there, closely direct the study and dissemination of the Party's Directives and Resolutions, the tasks of the Army and the Armed Forces of the Capital in 2025; propaganda, emulation and reward work closely following the requirements of the tasks; promptly orient the ideology of cadres and party members in implementing the policy of arranging and streamlining the apparatus of the political system in 2025.

Regarding the preparation for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command has thoroughly grasped, led and directed grassroots Party Committees to do a good job of preparing for the Congresses at all levels, ensuring strictness, compliance with principles, procedures and processes.

Currently, the Party Committees and Party cells have held congresses with good quality and good success; elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term with a large number of concentrated votes and a high winning rate.

Along with preparing the draft documents of the congress, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command has implemented the selection process, proposed to introduce the planning source for the Command and Management Committee to the Central Military Commission Standing Committee, ensuring the quantity and standards according to regulations.

At the same time, select the presiding officers and key officers of affiliated units, with good political qualities and ethics, basic training; qualifications, knowledge and abilities; practical training, experience in leadership, command management and high prestige in agencies and units.

Concluding the working session, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet praised the results achieved by the Hanoi Capital Command in the past time, and emphasized that 2025 is a year with many important milestones for the Party, State, and Army;

This is a year of acceleration, breakthrough, determination to successfully complete the goals and targets of the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term; Resolutely implement Resolution 18 of the Party on streamlining the political apparatus, operating effectively and efficiently; preparing for Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Senior General Trinh Van Quyet requested the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command to continue monitoring and directing Party Committees and grassroots Party cells to organize the 2025-2030 term congress well according to plan.

Focus on leading and directing the preparation for the 4th Party Congress of the Central Committee, term 2025-2030; closely review personnel, ensure sufficient standards and quality, contributing to improving leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations.
