86 employees of Doi Duong Hotel voluntarily join the trade union

On September 20, Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation announced that it had held a ceremony to announce the establishment of the Doi Duong Hotell Grassroots Trade Union.

Doi Duong Hotel is a unit under the Provincial Party Committee Office currently has 86 employees.

After being propagandized and mobilized, all 86 workers of the unit wrote voluntary applications to join the trade union organization. Under the guidance of the Provincial Labor Federation, the Doi Duong Hotel Trade Union was established.

The provisional grassroots union executive committee was appointed with 7 members. In which, Mr. Dinh Luu Chuong - Deputy Director of the hotel is the Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.

At the announcement ceremony, Mr. Ho Cong Duong - Permanent Vice President of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation gave a congratulatory speech and presented the decision to establish a grassroots trade union. At the same time, he emphasized that the establishment of grassroots trade unions is a responsibility with greater functions and tasks.

After its establishment, Mr. Duong suggested that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union assign tasks and study the trade union charter to perform well the task.

The grassroots union and the Board of Directors launched emulation movements, associated with functions and tasks in the hotel, helping to stabilize harmonious labor relations.

Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation will temporarily assign the Doi Duong Hotel Trade Union to Phan Thiet Ward Trade Union for management.
