Cao Bang Steel Corporation dialogues with workers

On September 19, information from the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Cao Bang Steel Corporation (Company) has just organized a direct dialogue conference between the Board of Directors, the Trade Union and the workers.

Attending were company leaders, grassroots unions and 88 outstanding workers representing nearly 700 workers.

At the conference, workers expressed their opinions on contracts, working environment, policies, working hours, etc. The recommendations were satisfactorily answered by the company's leaders.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong - Director of the Company emphasized that the dialogue is an opportunity for workers to express their wishes and contribute opinions, while helping the company promptly remove difficulties, improve the lives of workers and build harmonious labor relations.

Speaking to accept all opinions, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union Nguyen Van Thao also requested that units coordinate to strengthen propaganda, protect the legitimate rights and better care for workers.
