2 new routes are ready to be built in Long Bien
Hanoi - Long Bien Ward is preparing to build a road from Nguyen Thoi Trung to Co Linh Street and a road from Huynh Tan Phat Street to Thach Ban Street.
On December 30, Long Bien ward (Hanoi) started construction of 4 key construction investment projects in the area, with a total investment of 473.54 billion VND.
Four projects include: The project to build a road from Nguyen Thoi Trung to Co Linh Street is 1,340m long, with a total investment of 256.67 billion VND, of which construction and installation costs are 90.39 billion VND, compensation and site clearance support costs are 129.47 billion VND. This is an important traffic route, contributing to the completion of the regional infrastructure network, reducing traffic pressure, facilitating daily life and production and business activities.
The second project is to build a planned route from Huynh Tan Phat Street to Thach Ban Street, 526.13m long, with a total investment of 101.97 billion VND. The investment in this route aims to gradually synchronize the technical infrastructure according to the plan, meeting the requirements of urban development in the context of increasing population density and increased travel and trade demand.
The next project is the Tu Dinh Lake Renovation with an area of about 51,482m2, with a total investment of 94.99 billion VND. The project is expected to contribute to improving the landscape and ecological environment, creating community living space, and improving the quality of the living environment for local people.
The fourth project is the Restoration and embellishment of the historical relic of the Communal House - Thuong Hoi Temple, with a total investment of 19.91 billion VND. The investment in preserving and restoring relics shows the concern of the ward government in preserving and promoting traditional cultural and historical values, meeting the needs of religious and cultural activities of the people.
