2 Police Colonels considered for the title "National Emulation Soldier

The Ministry of Public Security said that Article 44 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government stipulates the decentralization and delegation of power in the field of emulation and commendation; detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Public Security organizes to collect public opinions on considering awarding the title "National Emulation Soldier" to individuals:

1) Colonel Bui Duy Hung, Deputy Director of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Ministry of Public Security;

2) Colonel Nguyen Binh Ha, Head of the Professional Technical and Offline Department, Nghe An Provincial Police.
