The Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor announces the decision on personnel work

Attending the ceremony were: Mr. Nguyen Phi Long - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions, Party Secretary, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Vice Presidents of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor: Phan Van Anh, Huynh Thanh Xuan.

According to Decision No. 95-QD/DUMTTQ, CDTTW, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central organizations appointed Mr. Vu Anh Duc - Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Nguyen Phi Long - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, and Central organizations hoped that Mr. Vu Anh Duc would proactively grasp the situation, advise the Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and the Standing Committee and Executive Committee to lead and direct the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in concretizing the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State related to trade union work and the Vietnamese workers' movement, especially in contributing to building harmonious and progressive relations; building a strong working class in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution of the Central Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Trade Unions, Secretary of the Party Committee, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor hopes that Mr. Vu Anh Duc will promote his responsibility, contribute and participate in giving opinions on the activities of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang believes that with his experience, Mr. Vu Anh Duc will make specific, dedicated and responsible contributions to the activities of the Presidium and Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, especially during the preparation period for documents to organize the 14th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang requested the Party Committees of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, specialized departments, and affiliated units to share and accompany Mr. Vu Anh Duc to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, Mr. Vu Anh Duc promised to seriously accept the instructions of Mr. Nguyen Phi Long and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang to carry out the work tasks in the coming time.

Mr. Vu Anh Duc promised to be proactive, continue to strive, practice, and study the Party's directives and resolutions to apply in work; proactively advise the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Party Committee Secretary, and the Standing Deputy Secretary in all aspects of Party activities as well as advise on leadership and direction of all aspects of trade union activities, directing the workers' movement and trade union activities, and building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
