Hanoi - At public administrative service points, the "listening to citizens of the Capital" activity is being implemented, towards improving the quality of service to the people.

Những ngày qua, khi tới thực hiện dịch vụ tại các Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công thành phố Hà Nội, nhiều người dân đã được tham gia chương trình khảo sát “HIHUB - Lắng nghe công dân Thủ đô“.

Theo ông Trần Quang Hưng, Chủ tịch Công ty Cổ phần Trung tâm Đổi mới sáng tạo Hà Nội, điểm đặc biệt của chiến dịch “HIHUB - Lắng nghe công dân Thủ đô” là lần đầu tiên người dân có một kênh khảo sát độc lập, khách quan và bảo mật để phản ánh những khó khăn, vướng mắc trong quá trình thực hiện thủ tục hành chính.

Trong quá trình lấy ý kiến, các bạn đoàn viên, thanh niên luôn có mặt tại các Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công để hỗ trợ người dân. Sau khi hoàn tất các thủ tục, ông Trịnh Minh Sơn (phường Từ Liêm, Hà Nội) được các tình nguyện viên hướng dẫn thao tác khảo sát trên điện thoại thông minh. Ông Sơn chia sẻ, hình thức này giúp người dân dễ dàng đóng góp những ý kiến thẳng thắn về chất lượng dịch vụ hành chính.
