Establishment of grassroots trade union at Let's Go Binh Dinh Co., Ltd

The Congress approved the report on the process of mobilizing workers (NLĐ) to join the Trade Union and the preparation for establishing the grassroots Trade Union; announced the list of 83 workers voluntarily participating in the Trade Union organization.

The Congress also approved the direction of activities for the 2026-2030 term with key tasks such as propagating and mobilizing union members (ĐV), NLĐ to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State, internal regulations, and business regulations; coordinating with company leaders to care for the material and spiritual life of NLĐ; supervising the implementation of salary, bonus, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other welfare regimes.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman and Inspection Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Let's Go Binh Dinh Co., Ltd. for the 2026-2030 term.

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Truong Cong Hien - Chairman of the Trade Union of Quy Nhon Dong Ward - said that the establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Let's Go Binh Dinh Co., Ltd. is an important milestone in building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at the enterprise.

The establishment of the Trade Union organization not only contributes to caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers but also creates an environment for union members and workers to be attached to the enterprise for a long time.
