Trade union advises and disseminates laws to more than 200 workers
Gia Lai - Legal propaganda aims to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers, build harmonious and stable labor relations.
On May 30, news from the Trade Union of An Phu ward, Gia Lai province said that at Nafood Tay Nguyen Joint Stock Company (hamlet 5, An Phu ward), the unit has just organized propaganda and legal advice for more than 200 workers and laborers working at the enterprise.
At the propaganda session, the speaker disseminated the basic contents of the Labor Code, Trade Union Law, Law on Occupational Safety and Health, and regulations related to the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
In addition, trade union officials have advised and answered many practical contents related to labor contracts, salaries, working hours, social insurance regimes, unemployment insurance as well as the rights and obligations of trade union members.
This is an activity to respond to Workers' Month and Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026, contributing to raising legal awareness for workers, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members, and building harmonious and stable labor relations at enterprises.
