Da Nang Trade Union establishes 2 new grassroots trade unions with 81 union members
Da Nang - The City Labor Federation established 2 more grassroots trade unions in An Don Industrial Park and Dong Que Son Industrial Park.
News from the Da Nang City Labor Federation on June 27 said: The City Labor Federation organized a ceremony to announce the decision to admit union members and establish grassroots trade unions at Hong Ma Co., Ltd. (An Don Industrial Park) and Quang Nam Stone Trading and Production Joint Stock Company (Dong Que Son Industrial Park).
At Hong Ma Co., Ltd., Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks attended and awarded decisions on admitting union members, establishing grassroots trade unions and appointing the Executive Committee of grassroots trade unions.
After a process of propaganda and mobilization, 19 employees of the company voluntarily joined the Vietnam Trade Union organization, meeting the conditions to establish a grassroots Trade Union.
At Quang Nam Stone Trading and Production Joint Stock Company, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quang - Member of the Executive Committee of the City Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks awarded decisions related to union member development and establishment of grassroots trade unions.
On this occasion, 62 employees of the company were admitted to the Vietnam Trade Union; the grassroots trade union of Quang Nam Stone Trading and Production Joint Stock Company was officially recognized and directly under the Da Nang City Labor Federation.
Representatives of the Da Nang City Labor Federation congratulate union members and the newly established grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee.
It is proposed that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union quickly develop operating regulations, closely coordinate with employers in caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
At the same time, promote labor production emulation movements, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
