In the 2025 - 2030 term, Petrovietnam Trade Union focuses on implementing 3 breakthroughs, including: First, comprehensive innovation in methods of operation, flexibility, connectivity, synchronization, and breakthrough in the application of digital transformation in trade union activities. Second, create a strong motivation to organize creative labor emulation among party members and workers to improve labor productivity, efficiency and efficiency in activities. Third, continue to find all solutions and resources to focus on caring for and improving the welfare of union members and workers.

These are the three pillars that create qualitative changes in the way the Trade Union accompanies Petrovietnam in sustainable development.

Analyzing the first breakthrough, Mr. Nguyen Manh Kha - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of Petrovietnam Trade Union said that in the breakthrough, Petrovietnam Trade Union focuses on effectively organizing emulation and innovation and emulation on key projects and works. Thereby creating a driving force for a breakthrough in labor - production, improving productivity, quality and operational efficiency of Petrovietnam.

It is known that in the previous term, emulation movements organized and implemented by Petrovietnam Trade Union achieved very high results, especially becoming a factor promoting the creative emulation movement among union members and workers in all fields.

Thereby, at least 5,000 Petrovietnam creative products were approved on the system; submitted at least 600 applications for the Creative Labor Certificate; 100% of affiliated trade unions built and implemented patriotic emulation movements, focusing on creative labor emulation, contributing to the profit of tens of thousands of billions of VND.

This shows the strong creativity and innovation of Petrovietnam employees, becoming a productivity management tool and spreading a culture of innovation throughout the Group.
