Gia Lai digital transformation to build a dynamic staff

On May 14, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Gia Lai province coordinated with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and FPT Polytechnic College to organize the opening ceremony of the "Training class on skills in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and digital transformation for cadres, civil servants, public employees of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations" at all levels in 2026.

The program is organized in a direct combined online form, connecting to bridge points in communes and wards, attracting a large number of officials, civil servants, and public employees to participate.

Within the framework of the training class, students are exposed to many practical topics, closely following current work requirements such as: applying AI through ChatGPT, Gemini platforms in drafting documents, building propaganda content, summarizing and analyzing information; using Google NotebookLM to manage, exploit and systematize documents.

Students are also taught about the application of Canva AI in media image design, infographics, slide presentations and videos serving propaganda and conference work.

The topics are directly guided by a team of speakers and experts from FPT Polytechnic College, combining theory and practice, helping students easily access, improve digital skills and can immediately apply them to practical work.

Through the program, units expect to contribute to concretizing the policy of digital transformation, building a dynamic and creative staff, effectively adapting to task requirements in the context of increasingly developing digital technology and artificial intelligence.
