Nearly 150 bridge points join Tay Ninh youth to improve digital capacity

On August 27, the Standing Committee of Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union organized a training conference to improve digital capacity for Youth Union officials, union members, youth, students in the province.

The conference was organized in a direct combined online form, connecting from provincial-level bridge points to nearly 150 bridge points in communes, wards and high schools. More than 250 delegates attended directly at Hall A, Tay Ninh Provincial Conference Service Center, along with thousands of Youth Union officials, union members, youth, students participating at grassroots bridge points.

The training content is deployed in two main groups. In the morning, delegates were instructed on using VNeID, online public services and fire alarm application 114; propaganda on crime prevention and control, fraud in cyberspace; and were also instructed on registering and using online public services.

Another topic introduces some AI applications of MobiFone for union members and youth, aiming to use responsible artificial intelligence in learning and work.

In the afternoon, the program focused on Youth Union management nghiệp vụ in the digital environment. Youth Union officials were instructed on using the Youth Union Member Management Software, exploiting the Vietnamese Youth application and deploying review and standardization of union member data throughout the province.

Also within the framework of the conference, Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union and MobiFone Tay Ninh signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement on digital transformation for the period 2026-2030.

At the closing ceremony, Mr. Tran Hai Phu, Secretary of Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union, launched the Peak Digital Transformation Week among officials, union members, youth, students, and pupils throughout the province.

Accordingly, one of the goals set out is that 100% of union member data is standardized on management software. Union officials and union members are required to use proficiently the Union Member Management Software and the Vietnam Youth Application; each individual is encouraged to improve at least one digital skill and apply AI tools in learning and life.

The youth force will also continue to participate in the Green IT Team, the Digital Literacy Team and the Community Digital Technology Team to support people in using online public services, digital payments and preventing online fraud.

Youth Unions at all levels are expected to periodically organize Digital Transformation Peak Weeks every quarter, in order to make technology application a habit and a regular operating method.
