Dak Lak traffic police open road to take 82-year-old critically ill patient to hospital

On August 27, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT), Dak Lak Provincial Police said that functional forces had just paved the way and supported bringing an 82-year-old patient in critical condition to the hospital for emergency treatment.

At about 4:26 pm on August 26, the patrol and control team of Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 was on duty on National Highway 26, the section from Km119+500 to Km135 when they discovered a vehicle urgently taking an 82-year-old patient to the emergency room.

According to information from family members, the patient suffered from myocardial infarction, stroke and is in critical condition, and needs to be taken to a medical facility as soon as possible.

At this time, the traffic volume on National Highway 26 is increasing due to the durian harvest season. Vehicles are moving crowded, making it difficult to take patients to the hospital.

Recognizing that the patient's condition was particularly critical, the Task Force quickly used official vehicles to clear the way, support and guide vehicles carrying patients to move safely through the crowded area.

Thanks to the timely support of the traffic police force, the patient's vehicle was prioritized for transportation, shortening the time to reach the medical facility. The patient was then taken to the Central Highlands Regional General Hospital for emergency treatment and has passed the critical condition.

The timely support of vehicles to take patients to the emergency room by the traffic police force contributes to ensuring that patients have access to medical facilities as soon as possible.
