Ban Tuyên giáo Trung ương 16/06/2025 16:45 (GMT+7)

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh has devoted his entire life to the glorious revolutionary cause of our Party and people.

II. COMRADE NGUYEN DUC CANH IS ONE OF THE EXCELLENT LEADERS OF OUR PARTY, AN EXCELLENT STUDENT OF THE GREAT PRESIDENT HO CHI MINH

1. Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh actively contributes to the founding of the Party

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh participated in founding the predecessor organization of the Party. From the end of 1928 to the beginning of 1929, due to the results of the activities of the Vietnam Youth Revolutionary Association, the struggle movement of workers and farmers developed strongly, the revolutionary situation at this time was posing heavy tasks that required a higher organization, the Communist Party, to lead the struggle movement.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh and some others in the "Youth" have promptly realized the objective demands of the movement. The comrades were determined to establish a working class political party, pioneering the class, with enough leadership and meeting the requirements of the revolutionary movement. To carry out that important decision, Nguyen Duc Canh and Ngo Gia Tu actively campaigned for the establishment of the Communist Party.

In early March/1929, at house number 5D on Ham Long Street (Hanoi), the communist youth union consisting of 7 people: Nguyen Duc Canh, Ngo Gia Tu, Trinh Dinh Cuu, Tran Van Cung, Do Ngoc Du, Duong Hac Dinh and Nguyen Tuan was established. This is the first communist Party cell in our country, playing a core role in preparing to establish the Communist Party of Indochina. Immediately after the establishment of Ham Long Party cell, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh and comrade Ngo Gia Tu urgently directed the preparation for the establishment of the Party.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh is one of the founders of the Communist Party's Indochina. In the name of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Youth Revolutionary Association, on March 28 and 29, 1929, the Ham Long Party Cell trieuended the Congress of the whole country of the Northern Region. In this congress, delegates approved the establishment of the Communist Party and sent 4 delegates to attend the National "Youth" Congress summoned by the General Confederation of Labor. The comrades in the delegation were assigned the task of proposing and fighting for the founding of the Communist Party at the National "Youth" Congress. Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh and Comrade Trinh Dinh Cuu were assigned a draft of the Declaration, Policy, and Charter to prepare for the establishment of the Communist Party of Indonesia.

On May 1, 1929, the National Congress of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association opened in Huong Cang (China). At the Congress, the Northern delegation proposed to establish a Communist Party to replace the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association, which was no longer capable of meeting the requirements of the movement, but this proposal was not approved by the majority of delegates.

On June 17, 1929, at house number 312 Kham Thien Street (Hanoi), comrades in Ham Long Party Cell established the Communist Eastward Party, issued a Declaration, and published the newspaper "Bua Liem" as the Party's propaganda agency. The Central Executive Committee was established by Comrade Ngo Gia Tu as Secretary and Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh as Member. The Declaration of the Indochinese Communist Party introduced communism and socialism, analyzed the world revolution and proposed a revolutionary guidelines in Indochina, proposed the Party's policies in the capitalist democratic revolution and established the leadership role of the working class for the revolution.

The birth of the Communist Party of Indochina promptly met the urgent requirements of the revolutionary movement, especially of the working class; encouraged and brought the movement to a new level of development on a large scale and in depth, especially in the Northern region. Indochina The Communist Party deserves to be an excellent pioneer.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh is the first Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Hai Phong Party Committee. In early April 1929, the first Communist Party Cell in Hai Phong was established, headed by Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh, as one of the communist organizations born early after Ham Long Party Cell and marking a turning point in the Hai Phong revolutionary movement. After the founding of the Communist Youth Union of Indochina, in Hai Phong from the end of June to July 1929, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh actively selected the most advanced young people to join the Communist Youth Union of Indochina. In August 1929, the Indochina Communist Party Committee of the Hai Phong Party was established. The Provisional Party Executive Committee consists of three comrades, appointed by superiors: comrade Nguyen Duc Canh as Secretary, comrade Hoang Van Doai and Nguyen Huu Can as Members. After the Huong Cang Conference (February 3, 1930), Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh returned home to implement the Resolution of the Party Establishment Conference, and converted the Indochina Communist Party Committee of the Hai Phong Party to the Party Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (April 1930) with him as Secretary.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh is a person who has made many contributions to the ideological and organizational work of the Party. Having properly combined ideological work with organizational work, clearly recognizing the nature of maintaining and enhancing the working class in the Party, Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh regularly educates and fosters the position, viewpoint, and organizational awareness for the working class; focuses on building a team of cadres and party members according to the viewpoint of the working class; strengthens the close relationship with the working class and the farming class; remains loyal to internationalism of the infertile class.

When he was Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Vietnam Youth Revolutionary Association of Hai Phong, a member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Hai Phong Party Committee or during his time working at the Central Party Committee, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh organized many political training courses to train cadres from workers. With his profound theoretical and practical qualifications and solid political will, experience in the workers' movement, and lively teaching methods suitable for each subject, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh has helped students easily absorb the lessons, grasp the theory, methods, and strategic guidelines and revolutionary strategies of the Party. Combining theory and practice, after receiving training, he assigned students to workers' hamlets, mechanical workshops, to the suburbs and mining areas to propagate and build facilities. Many cadres were trained and educated by Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh and later became outstanding leaders of the Party and the workers' movement.

He paid special attention to the work of educating about the position of the revolution of infertility. In training courses as well as in daily work, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh often analyzes and points out the not-so-soluble and vague nature of the "Three People" movement in the revolutionary policies of the Vietnam National Party, in order to make students realize the correctness of the revolutionary ideology of infertility, thoroughly enlighten the communist ideal. He guides students to overcome limitations in awareness; correcting deviations in ideology and work activities; creating conditions for all students to practice and gradually mature in the revolutionary struggle.

After the birth of the Communist Party of Indochina, the movement of workers in the mining area's struggles increased, but in addition to the positive side, there were also tendencies to shift such as: revealing forces, recklessness of capitalist tendencies, attaching importance to mobilizing mechanical workers, taking the mobilization of floor and furnace workers lightly. Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh promptly sent Comrade Nguyen Van Cu, an official of the Provisional Central Committee of the Communist Youth Union, to the mine to inspect the situation, supplement and correct the movement's deviations and shortcomings, and continue the movement to develop in the right direction. Thanks to the timely direction of comrade Nguyen Duc Canh, the mining workers' movement has developed rapidly and healthily, always closely following the Party's policies.

Implementing the policy of increasing the number of workers in the Party's leadership agencies, Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh has arranged and nominated comrades who are workers to hold high leadership positions, focusing on nurturing the communist nuclear in the youth, focusing on nurturing leadership talent.

Due to his correct class viewpoint, in addition to focusing on mobilizing workers, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh is also interested in propagating and organizing mobilization for farmers and other working classes. Not only building revolutionary facilities in factories, he also directed the construction of revolutionary facilities in streets, schools and suburban rural areas, including farmers, urban poor and intellectuals. The right work and direction of Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh have promoted the struggle movement in both urban and rural areas; closely linked, coordinated and supported each other between the struggle movement of the revolutionary masses in rural areas and the urban movement; between the struggle movement of the working class and the farming class.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh is one of the first propaganda cadres of our Party with many outstanding contributions. After attending the political training course of the General Secretary of the Vietnam Youth Revolutionary Association, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh was assigned to work at a printing agency of "Youth" in Duoi market (now Tue Tinh - Hanoi street). At this time, the propaganda and revolutionary movement plays a very important and urgent role, especially the propaganda of Marquis-Leninism to enlighten the masses, making the masses believe in the inevitable victory of the revolution, unite under the revolutionary flag, fight against the empire and feudal regime. Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh drafted propaganda documents based on revolutionary theories learned in Guangzhou and the content of the resolutions and directives of the General Ministry, printed and distributed documents to the grassroots. He is one of the pioneers in spreading Marxism-Leninism to the revolutionary masses in the country.

During his time as Secretary of the Indochina Party Committee of the Hai Phong Communist Party, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh wrote many documents to propagate and direct the revolutionary movement. In May 1929, "Red Flag" newspaper published issue 2 to promote the founding of the Communist Party; on October 15, 1929, "Red Star" newspaper No. 1 of the Hai Phong Party Committee was born, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh directly was in charge of and was in charge of most of the articles in the newspaper. In January 1930, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh organized the printing, propaganda, and widely dissemination of the book "Len's Revolutionary Career" among workers and people. This is a biography, and at the same time a book of analyzing Marquis-Leninism theory.

French colonialism carried out white terrorism, directly suppressing the revolutionary movement after the violence of the Vietnam National Party in Yen Bai and some other places. They actively pursued communists and took a strong attack on the revolutionary movement led by our Party. Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh has fought uncompromisingly, resolutely fighting against the passive "waiting for the time" ideology, waiting until the enemy's terrorism is over before continuing to promote activities. He immediately deployed the communication of the Resolution of the Party Establishment Conference in Jiuzhaigou and the Resolution of the next domestic Party Conference to cadres and Party members of the Hai Phong Party Committee, so that the Hai Phong Party Committee was maintained, and mass organizations such as trade unions, agricultural associations, youth and women were still maintained and consolidated. Pampionships, posters, and hammer flags still appear in many places to celebrate the birth of the Party, the press and secret issue are still circulating, strikes, work stoppages of workers, and struggles of farmers are still continuously taking off. In addition to the slogan of the struggle for the right to life, there are also signs supporting Soviet Russia, opposing the French Imperialists in terrorizing soldiers participating in the Yen Bai uprising, and opposing white terrorism. Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh also established a propaganda team for the youth volunteer, including brave people with the ability to speak in front of the masses to attack the Hammer and Speech, exposing the crimes of the empire and the wrong hands, and encouraging the masses to participate in the revolutionary struggle under the leadership of the Party.

He wrote the book " brand answering Kroteme", which was widely printed and published to expose the true faces of the colonialists who robbed water and rafts and sold water by mistake. With firm arguments and thorough arguments, with specific and vivid evidence, the book dismantles the accusations of accusation and distorting the slander of communism and the capital of Quang Chau by the old colonial colony of Kuroteme. This was a political blow to the colonialists, strengthening the belief of workers and farmers in the revolutionary cause.

During his time in charge of propaganda work at the Trung Tu Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh wrote many propaganda documents, including many articles published in the newspapers "Nguoi gia kho" and "Tien len" in which he was in charge, and at the same time played an important role with comrades in the Trung Tu Party Committee in building and developing a Party newspaper system from the country to the province and establishments with many high-quality articles. The Central Party Committee's four-man agency, in addition to the newspaper "Nguoi Lam Trong", also has the newspaper "Cong Truong Nhan", "Chien Duong", "Vu Thu" and "Tin Dang Trung Ky". Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has the newspaper "Marching up", Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee has the newspaper "Cong Truong Nhan" and "Buoc len". The district Party Committees all have their own newspapers: "Nha que" (Thanh Chuong), "Guong vo san" (Anh Son), " Dan ngheo" (Nghi Loc), "Gia ngo" (Nam Dan), "San pham" (Quynh Luu), "Tu an" (Can Loc), "Chall" (Duc Tho), "Buoc len" (Cam Xuyen)... Those newspapers and other propaganda documents have contributed to consolidating the popular revolutionary movement against the enemy's crazy terrorism, breaking the distorted speeches of the anti-revolutionary press, encouraging the masses to cheer, protecting the Party, fighting against all plots and masterful actions of the enemy.

During his days in the sentence-shaped province, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh wrote a number of articles on "Family and communism" to re-mental the enemy's luan that communists are unfamily people, wrote the book "The Story of Water Tau" about the struggle of Chinese workers in Quang Chau commune, wrote an tap in "Workers' Campaign" in which clearly stated the characteristics of the Vietnamese working class; the fighting spirit of workers; the content and methods of organization, training, and leadership of workers' struggles; and the experience of mobilizing workers. The tap "Workers' Campaign" is a highly summarized document that enriches the theory and practice of the Party's mass mobilization work. At the same time, this is also the first book of Vietnam written systematically about the Vietnamese workers' movement.

2. Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh participated in founding the Bac Ky Red Trade Union (now the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor)

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh was one of the first to research the working class and spread Marxism-Leninism into the working class movement. During his time studying at Thanh chung school, Nam Dinh, workers in fiber factories, meters, and wineries in Nam Dinh city struggled to demand salary increases, reduce working hours, fight against beatings, and fight against cups and penalties, helping him initially understand the working class and their spirit of solidarity and fighting. Those feelings were deepened when he worked as a book arranger at Le Van Tan printing house. These are important perceptions and sympathy shared that Nguyen Duc Canh has been attached to the working class, to the cause of mobilizing workers throughout his life of revolutionary activities.

In 1929, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh and comrade Ngo Gia Tu studied the struggle movement of the working class after World War II for the first time to draw useful lessons. He paid special attention to researching and summarizing the work of mobilizing workers. After each struggle, whether victorious or failure, he often works with other leaders to learn from experience and disseminate it to workers to improve their awareness. He also provided the fighting experience of the international working class, especially the Chinese and French workers' movements, helping Vietnamese workers have more information and knowledge about the methods of organizing and applying forms of fighting from low to high, suitable for each condition and situation. The book "Moving Workers" written by Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh in the book of the slash-and-single case left the Party and the Vietnamese working class with a valuable asset and demonstrated his deep affection for the Vietnamese working class.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh launched the movement of desertification, participating in desertification, and organizing desertification. At the end of 1928, the revolutionary movement led by the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association developed quite strongly in the Northern region. However, there are still few workers participating in the mines, and the workers' movement is not strong. The majority of "Youth" members are intellectuals, students, students, and teachers. They cannot propagate Marxism-Leninism to the working class if they do not reform themselves in industrial labor. In response to the requirements of the situation, and at the same time to further promote the development of the revolutionary movement, the Executive Committee Conference of the Vietnam Youth Union of the Northern Revolution held on September 28, 28/1928 decided to send cadres to " desertification". Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh and Comrade Ngo Gia Tu were among the first to propose this policy.

Implementing the above policy, many "Youth" members coming from intellectuals, students and even those who have been workers are now sent to factories and workshops to self-train, immerse themselves in workers, propagate revolutionary ideals, and mobilize workers to fight. Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh set an example of self-training, directly working as a hammer welder at the Carong mechanical workshop, then working as a ship carrier at Hai Phong port.

The policy of "zesperation" is an effective screening and testing measure for "Youth" members. Many cadres have matured and become the core of the leadership of the mass movement, the result of which is the contribution of comrade Nguyen Duc Canh. As a member of the Executive Committee of the Bac Ky Ministry and Secretary of the Hai Phong Provincial Youth Ministry, Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh sent many "Youth" cadres and members to "sterbilize" the mine area. One of those people was comrade Nguyen Van Cu (later General Secretary of the Party during the 1938-1940 period). Because there are many "Youth" members who are " Deserving" in the mining area, after a short time, the elite workers here have absorbed Marxism-Leninism, enlightened the historical role and mission of their class. The work of organizing and building forces has been promoted. The movement of workers in the mine has had a strong change in quality.

" Desertification" is a correct policy that meets the practical requirements of the Vietnamese revolution. Thereby, the first communists of Vietnam, including comrade Nguyen Duc Canh, used appropriate methods to introduce Marxism-Leninism into the workers' movement and the patriotic movement, combining the propaganda of Marxism-Leninism principles with political propaganda work; through the team of communist intellectuals to bring Marxism-Leninism into workers, farmers, and intellectuals; bringing communist intellectuals to participate in the mass movement; combining the development of a large patriotic mass organization with building the communist nuclear.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh built the first red union facilities and participated in the founding of the Bac Bac Bac Red General Confederation of Labor. In Hai Phong in 1927, among workers, only secretly developing organizations: Friendship, mutual income, Compatriots, Employment... On the basis of these organizations, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh built a number of "Red Union" institutions and directly led workers to fight. Due to organized activities, the workers' movement began to rise.

Since the end of 1929, the workers' movement has been on the rise, especially in factories and mining areas. In many places, the workers' struggle movement has been linked together throughout the city, or within an entire region. At the request of the workers' movement, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh was temporarily assigned by the Central Government to be in charge of the work of mobilizing workers.

On July 28, 1929, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh convene the Congress of workers of the provinces in Bac Bac Bac at 15 Hang Non (Hanoi). The Congress decided to establish the Bac Bac Bac Red Trade Union, publish the "Lao Dong" newspaper and the "Red Trade Union" magazine as the propaganda agency of the Trade Union. Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh is the interim Director, directly in charge of both newspapers and magazines. He has written many articles published in the newspaper "Lao Dong" and the magazine "Red Club" to propagate and educate workers, instruct workers to fight according to the Party's guidelines and methods. During the " desertification" period, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh wrote a documentary collection "How to organize a Trade Union", helping union members grasp the methods, forms and content to develop the organization.

After the Conference to establish the Bac Ky Red Trade Union, in August 1929, Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh chaired the Conference of Hai Phong General Confederation of Labor delegates to elect the Executive Committee, agreeing on the leadership of the organization of the Red Trade Union throughout the city.

In early December 1929, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh convene a conference of the Bac Bac Giam Red Trade Union in a village near Quoc Tu Giam (Hanoi). The conference decided to unify local General Confederations of Labor to take up the country and elect the official Executive Committee. At the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh nominated Comrade Tran Van Lan, a cooling worker at Nam Dinh Fiber Factory, as the Head, and selected a number of other comrades who are workers to join the Executive Committee of the Bac Ky Red Trade Union.

3. Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh and other important contributions to the revolutionary cause.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh was strengthened to the Central Party Committee and participated in leading the Nghe Tinh Soviet Movement. After the birth of the Communist Party of Vietnam, unified leadership, the revolutionary movement in the whole country developed rapidly, becoming a climax with the peak being the Soviet Union of Nghe Tinh. At the end of October 2020, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh was sent by the Central Government to join the Central Committee. The Central Committee's selection of comrades to strengthen leadership for Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, where there are hot developments, is a close direction for the revolutionary movement here and a trust and challenge for comrade Nguyen Duc Canh.

He was elected by the entire Standing Committee of the Fourth Party Committee at the General Conference of the Quarter Party Committee and assigned to be in charge of propaganda work. The days of living and fighting the revolution in Nghe Tinh to lead the movement were the time when comrade Nguyen Duc Canh had to face many difficult and fierce challenges. He was trained in the fierce struggle of the Soviet Movement. Together with other comrades, he has made many contributions to training and fostering the team of cadres; in building and developing the Party newspaper system; strengthening trust, maintaining the grassroots, and maintaining the achievements of the revolution. His affection, revolutionary enthusiasm, and moral beauty have left deep impressions on the Central Party Committee, Party committees at all levels, Party members, and the masses in Nghe Tinh.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh was the founder of the first two Party cells of the communist youth union in our country. Comrade Nguyen Duc Thuc paid great attention to youth work and fostering communist nuclear power among workers. In mid-June 1929, Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh directly established two Party cells of the communist youth union at the Cement Factory and the Bonan School (now Ngo Quyen-Hai Phong School), and directed the communist youth union to issue the newspaper "Tia Hoa" to educate communist ideals among young people, guiding young people on the path to fight for the revolutionary cause.

III. REVOLUTIONARY LESSONS

1. An example of strong patriotism, enlightening the deep communist ideal and the steadfast class stance

Nguyen Duc Canh soon revealed his enthusiastic youth, patriotism, and enthusiasm. During his time studying at Thanh Chung School, Nam Dinh, Nguyen Duc Canh expanded his exchanges and contacts with like-minded friends, clearly recognizing the suffering of people who are homeless and enslaved. Every day witnessing the equal and cruel actions of colonial dominants and the wrong flood, he deeply understood the pain and humiliation of the people. His patriotism and love for the people were further fostered when he participated in the playground to pay tribute to Mr. Phan Chu Trinh and the activities of mutual love to help people in times of natural disasters.

Nguyen Duc Canh left his life full and precious to live by his labor, to nurture great strength, and to find a way to ideals. By resolutely dismissing the National Party organization after attending a political training course organized by the Vietnam Youth Revolutionary Youth Union General Confederation of Labor in Guangzhou, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh followed the communist ideal, acting in the direction outlined by the "Road of Respect" of leader Nguyen Ai Quoc. From this important milestone, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh quickly became one of the outstanding cadres of the revolutionary cause, both being passionate about patriotism and deeply enlightening communism. Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh is the embodiment of the true patriotism spirit. From this source of motivation, he came to Marxism-Leninism, to the industrial revolution - the path that leader Nguyen Ai Quoc chose to liberate the classes and the nation.

2. An example of the spirit of autonomy and creativity in studying, working, training and maturing from the patriotic movement and the workers' movement

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh was the one who soon clearly recognized the importance of studying revolutionary theory. As soon as he returned home from Guangzhou, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh, on the one hand, rushed to work, and on the other hand, enthusiastically researched Marxist-Leninist theoretical books and documents of the Communist International, the French Communist Party, and the Chinese Communist Party. From researching and learning about Marxism-Leninism to gradually cultivate new knowledge, enhancing patriotism, revolutionary will and ideal enlightenment, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh also applied that knowledge to analyze the practical situation of the Vietnamese revolution, propose policies and methods of close work.

His deep political understanding has made him realize that in order to have a revolutionary movement, the masses must be enlightened with revolutionary ideals, thereby building a revolutionary organization and launching the masses to fight. Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh is very interested in building a revolutionary force among workers, especially workers in the factory.

The first requirement for the status of a Party member is enlightenment in communist ideals, a level of theoretical knowledge of Marxism-Leninism, grasp the Party's policies and guidelines, act as a model, pioneer in practical activities, and a high sense of discipline. Although he is a worker, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh is still a leading role model in the " desertification" movement to self-train, foster and improve the nature of the working class.

3. The example of the qualities and ethics of communists and the leadership style of Party cadres were cultivated in the revolutionary struggle

Born and raised in a family, clan, and hometown with a patriotic tradition, although he was supported and educated by his classmates of Mr. Cu Tiet who were officials, powerful and rich, he still could not integrate into life and did not affect the ideology and lifestyle of the feudal class of the time.

On the path of revolutionary activities, wherever he is, in any position, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh is always a shining example of the noble moral qualities of communist party members, always upholding the spirit of a thorough revolution. In places full of hardship, difficulties, and dangers, he did not feel discouraged, did not wait, and did not pray for peace. As a communist soldier with a short life, his mark on revolutionary activities in many places. He often follows closely the areas he is in charge of, goes to revolutionary organizations and masses, encourages, nurtures movements, guides appropriate methods of struggle and methods of operation. During his time working in Hai Phong and especially in Nghe Tinh, in the context of the enemy being crazy and terrorist, spreading reconnaissance nets, pointing everywhere to hunt down revolutionary soldiers, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh still went in and out of the city, to rural areas hundreds of kilometers away from the city to survey and grasp the situation, maintain and rectify the movement.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh determined that his life is to strive and sacrifice for the cause of class liberation, for the independence and freedom of the nation, for the happiness of the people, without self-consciousness or desire for fame. He always learned modestly, not only through books but also from his own life experiences, from the practical experience of the vibrant revolutionary movement of the masses. Comrade Tran Van Lan's introduction to take over as leader of the Bac Trieu Red Trade Union shows his sense of responsibility for the revolutionary cause, demonstrating the noblest of the morality of communist soldier Nguyen Duc Canh.

In leadership positions, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh has a simple, close, and democratic style. Regarding revolutionary theories, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh always finds a simple and easy-to-understand way to interpret them so that the masses can grasp them. He always has a sincere affection, a rich love, and sympathy among people of the same class and with the same vision. Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh's pure revolutionary ethics and qualities are demonstrated in his absolute loyalty to the Party, to the revolutionary cause, in his belief in the victory of communism, in his voluntary dedication to work and sacrifice his life to the revolutionary cause. He deserves to be an excellent student of the great President Ho Chi Minh.

4. The example of a communist soldier who fought steadfastly, indomitablely and devoted his whole life to the communist ideal

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh always maintains a spirit of uncompromising fighting against the enemy. When he was arrested and brutally tortured by the enemy, he did not tremble or submit, maintaining the communist air. When the Imperial court sentenced him to death, he remained calm, because he had determined and was ready to accept sacrifice for the ideal right from the moment he stepped onto the path of revolutionary activities. In fact, in the last moments before being slashed, comrade Nguyen Duc Canh continued to work for the Party, for the glorious revolutionary cause.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh was murdered by the French Emperor when he was only 24 years old. The vibrant, glorious and heroic revolutionary life and the image of the communist hero standing in front of the cutting machine of comrade Nguyen Duc Canh made the enemy respectful, shocked the hearts of compatriots and comrades with endless pity, fueled the passionate revolutionary fire of the masses, cheering on millions of brave and equal brothers and comrades on the path of the revolution.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh has devoted his entire life to the glorious revolutionary cause of our Party and people. The valuable lessons learned from his revolutionary activities and legacy are still valuable and are being strongly promoted for the revolutionary cause of our Party and people, especially for Party building, working class building and revolutionary education.

Commemorating the 100th anniversary of Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh's birth in the context of the entire Party, people and army conducting the Campaign: "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh" and solemnly commemorating the 78th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam. This is an opportunity for the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army to review the glorious 78 years of the Party, study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, and uphold the morality of drinking water and remembering the origin of the nation. This is also an opportunity for our Party, our people, the working class and young Vietnamese people to better understand the life and revolutionary career of Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh, one of the outstanding leaders of the Party, an outstanding student of the great President Ho Chi Minh. We are proud and honor the example of comrade Nguyen Duc Canh, a resilient communist soldier who devoted his life to the people and the country. We are more deeply aware of the valuable lessons that Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh has left for our Party, our people, the working class and the younger generation about the passion and determination to implement communist ideals, the spirit of learning and practicing from the revolutionary struggle, the noble moral qualities of communists, and the style of workers' movement leaders.
