Ward Trade Union coordinates to organize a walking contest to support the "For the Poor" Fund
HCMC - Ben Thanh Ward Trade Union coordinated to organize a walking tournament to raise more than 900 million VND to support the "For the Poor" Fund.
On December 21, the Ben Thanh Ward Trade Union coordinated with the People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ben Thanh Ward to organize a walking tournament to support the "For the Poor" Fund in Ben Thanh Ward in 2025.
Mr. Huynh Vinh Lam - Chairman of the Ben Thanh Ward Trade Union - said that the result was that more than 1,000 employees and people of the ward participated in the walking race and the donation amount was more than 900 million VND.

The organization of the walking contest aims to contribute to the "For the Poor" Fund, support social security activities, practical care for near-poor households, disadvantaged households, lonely elderly people in the area and enhance the spirit of humanity and affection, building Ben Thanh ward "Civil - Modern - meaningful".
At the same time, it is a practical activity to celebrate the founding day of the Vietnam National United Front - Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), successfully welcoming the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Congress of political and social organizations of the ward for the 2025 - 2030 term.
