Exciting cultural and sports activities for workers in Ninh Binh

Workers' Month 2026 is being implemented by trade union levels in Ninh Binh province with the theme "Vietnamese Workers: Innovation, improving labor productivity", aiming to put workers at the center of all activities.

Trade unions at all levels have focused on organizing a series of activities associated with the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health and celebrating the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day May 1.

In addition to key activities such as caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers such as: organizing dialogues between workers and Party committees, authorities and employers; the "Thank you workers" program; organizing visits and giving gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, who have had labor accidents, occupational diseases or have reduced income... Organizing the "Trade Union Meals" program; welfare booths; preferential price sales programs; psychological and reproductive health counseling for female workers.

Cultural, sports, and worker family festival activities are also widely organized, creating a cohesive atmosphere and improving the spiritual life of workers in industrial parks and businesses.

At Vienergy Co., Ltd. (belonging to Phuc Son Industrial Park, Dong Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province), the grassroots trade union organized the "Workers' Day" program with exciting sports and entertainment activities and many booths with diverse products, bringing much joy to union members, union member families, and employees at the Company.

Similarly, at PV - Inconess Investment Joint Stock Company (Trung Son ward, Ninh Binh province), the Company's Trade Union organized a volleyball tournament for union members and employees in the Company.

The tournament is held for 4 days, with the participation of 10 teams from teams and departments in the Company.

With a methodical approach, towards grassroots levels and taking workers as the center, Workers' Month 2026 in Ninh Binh is a peak action period, spreading policies, and consolidating the trust of union members and workers in the Trade Union organization.

Thereby, contributing to building an increasingly modern working class, meeting development requirements in the new stage.
