Over 95% of female cadres achieve the title of Good at school work - Good at housework

According to the Vietnam Education Trade Union (VTC), in the period of 2023-2025, women's work and the emulation movement of Good at public work and good at housework will continue to be innovated, meeting the requirements and tasks of caring for, protecting and developing female cadres, teachers and workers (CBNGNLD).

The Trade Union has directed trade unions at all levels to improve the effectiveness of women's work, for the advancement of women ( given by the Ministry of Education and Training) and gender equality; continue to launch and implement the emulation movement of Good at public work, taking care of housework in conjunction with emulation movements and other campaigns among female employees; direct the Women's Union of all units to proactively advise and coordinate with the Women's Union at the same level to effectively implement women's activities in accordance with the reality and aspirations of female union members; perform well the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of female employees.

The Women's Union at all levels of trade unions coordinated with the Women's Union at the same level to develop a program of activities according to the policy, organize many rich and meaningful activities and support female employees in training, fostering their expertise and skills, scientific research, encouraging self-study and self-discovery.

The Trade Union also focuses on contributing ideas to develop legal documents related to female cadres and employees. Units proactively advise and coordinate to propose policy mechanisms, take care of female employees effectively; regularly visit and support female employees in difficulty and those with serious illnesses... Trade unions at all levels have mobilized to donate 600 sets of Ao Dai to female employees in difficulty, working in mountainous, remote and isolated areas.

The emulation movement of Good at public work - Good at housework associated with the movement "Women actively study, work creatively, build a prosperous, equal, progressive, and happy family" and "Building Vietnamese women in the new era" became a regular and effective movement. Many female employees have completed their tasks excellently, taking the lead as role models; actively researching scientifically, creatively, innovating in teaching and management, participating in social activities, international cooperation...

Thanks to those efforts, in the 2023-2025 period, the Trade Union has 1 collective and 2 individuals awarded Certificates of Merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in the emulation movement of Good at public work, good at housework in the 2020-2025 period; 53 collectives and 79 individuals were awarded by all levels in the Trade Union; 25 female lecturers and scientists were awarded by the Trade Union for their achievements in scientific research and innovation; 1 female union member was awarded the title of "Excellent female grassroots trade union official" by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor... Many units have 100% of female employees achieving cultural family status; over 95% of female employees achieving Schoolwork excellence - good at home work status.
