Affirming the important role of women in the sustainable development of Vietnam Airlines

The event took place at the Hall of the (196 Nguyen Son Aviation Culture Center, Bo De, Hanoi).

This year's program is organized on a larger scale, more professionally and methodically than previous years. This is a meaningful and practical activity to successfully welcome the Government Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, welcoming the Trade Union Congresses at all levels towards the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, term 2026 - 2031.

The program is both an opportunity to express gratitude and honor the good values of Vietnamese women, and a cultural and artistic playground that contributes to enriching spiritual life and strengthening solidarity in the Vietnam Airlines extended family.

The ceremony was attended by leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Airlines Corporation and a large number of cadres, union members, and workers throughout the system.

Mr. Dao Manh Kien - Chairman of the Vietnam Airlines Corporation's Trade Union affirmed the important role of Vietnam Airlines women in the sustainable development of the Corporation: "At Vietnam Airlines, we have thousands of female workers who are tirelessly devoted in all fields from flight operations, ground services, engineering, commercial maintenance along with management and operation positions. In any position, the sisters promote the spirit of dedication and creativity, contributing to affirming the brand and position of the Vietnamese national airline in the world sky.

Within the framework of the program, representatives of the leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the leaders of the Corporation and the leaders of the Corporation's Trade Union presented fresh flower baskets to congratulate female officials in the Corporation.

At the same time, the program also launched a fundraising campaign to support people affected by floods in the past. This demonstrates the spirit of humanity, sharing and community responsibility of the Vietnam Airlines extended family to society.

Continuing the program is the Vietnam Airlines 2025 Arts Festival - the most anticipated part for staff.

18 teams from different agencies and units brought to the contest unique and rich performances in the following genres: singing - dancing - music, mashup, modern dance, songwriting... The performances showed a variety of nuances but all focused on the core values of Vietnam Airlines: national pride, aspiration to reach out and love for others.

After more than 3 hours of vibrant performances, the Jury selected outstanding performances to award.

The 2025 Rally and Arts Festival is not only an occasion to show gratitude and honor the female officers and employees of the Corporation, but also a testament to the spirit of "unity - pride - creativity - spreading" of the Vietnam Airlines team.

The event ended in a joyful, cohesive atmosphere and left a beautiful impression of a dynamic, humane Vietnam Airlines, always steadfastly flying high with the aspiration to conquer new horizons.
